ATTACK SHARK x AJAZZ AK820 Wired Mechanical keyboard

Came in with the L key not working but i dont really use the L key for anything so im not goingto send it back although it can be bad for some games but other than that the keyboard was amazing the creamy sound it makes the app the sleek design the price everything overall its amazing i really enjoy this keyboard please keep making great keyboards like this one.

I have just received the keyboard and the color changing does not work on it and neither does the software
