Mercury K98 Pro - Phantom Black

It's unfortunate that such a decent keyboard is overshadowed by a company with such poor customer service. Their written policy on responding within 1 business day is false as I have yet to receive any response to several emails I have sent them. Furthermore, their policy "ships in 2-4 days" is also false. It took 14 days for the product to ship and 16 days for me to receive it. I live relatively close to the warehouse, too. When I posted a review on their website, they deleted it. The keyboard is fine and appears to be consistent with their advertising. Their customer service on the other hand is abhorrent and I'm still waiting for a response as of this review.

Great keyboard!

I love the design and the clicking sound of the keys. I use this on my Mac so there are no available updates for it yet and I can’t seem to get the date and time updated on the keyboard. Outside of that? I love this keyboard!

Worth it

This is an amazing keyboard. Very smooth and a pleasant keystroke sound without it being to loud. Only one issue I have is not being able to use Firefox with the software.
