PowerLite Performance Nasal Tape

These are awesome, I notice the improvement right away. I run a lot of hard intervals and I can def feel the difference when I'm working hard and breathing heavy. I can breath fuller during my rest interval to recover better for sure. I like them on my distance runs also to help nasal breath a little more to remain in a calmer more aerobic state. Love them!

They honestly work great for sleep, congested, and working out the only thing that made it loose a star was them slipping off and peeling off after 8 miles of running my marathon in sandiego would I get them again maybe not for a marathon but for daily usage yes I would
