You won’t go wrong with anything from Ptstudyguide! The inpatient resources helped me so much during my acute care clinical that I came back and ordered more resources.. multiple times! While prepping for the NPTE, I never went anywhere without the Ultimate PT Study Guide flashcards. I also loved the fact that by ordering, I was supporting a real person that genuinely wants to help people through PT school and was willing to share what helped them along the way. If you’re on the fence, hop off and order! You’ll be glad you did.

The note cards are great and include a lot of important stuff for the PT to know! However, I do wish it went into more detail on certain subjects and organized them together better. For example, the cranial nerve descriptions and tests are in different parts of the cards, and it did not say the positive signs of the cranial nerve tests. This would have been very helpful as some practice exam questions ask about the positive signs on specific sides (example: CN XII Left side lesion shows deviation of the tongue to the Left side). There is also no card on Pressure Sore Stages or how to care for them when it is a HUGE part of integ and often quizzed on. Burns is there, which is helpful.
