Great brake, bad packaging
The brake is great, exactly as shown in the shopping site photos. However, the packaging is not as good as it was expected from a company that sells good ebikes. It looks more like sent from a company that sells kiddie tricycles. Improving details like this is worth more than you think. Customers value not only the product you are selling, but also the neatness of its packaging.
