This bike is FAST! I've had no issues with assembly either it was really easy! I got this bike to 53mph out of the box! The parts are better quality than expected, adjust front AND back suspension! My only issue is a personal one, I wish I got 2! If you are on the fence about this bike, do it! This is a bike that will not let you down! If you are 6ft or above like me though, I'd recommend the R19 because I'm pretty cramped in this thing

Good speed and range, only issue is the battery wobbling and making noise. Also speed is unaccurate , you must change the po6 to 21 or adjust till you have the right speed

DO NOT buy the additional insurance!

We love the bike BUT DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT buy the insurance. We are still going through issues with it. My son has been without a bike for over 2 weeks plus
