Not quite right

I had hoped to replicate the bit my mare had been training in before I purchased her. The previous owner had ridden her in a "comfort-wave" bit from your company. When I placed my order that bit was not available in the 5" size we required. Looking at your photo I thought the BarRelief design closest. My mare doesn't seem to agree. She was very fussy in the BarRelief design and chewed it mercilessly. Concern for her teeth makes me reluctant to try again. I bought 2 bits and would like to return the unused one.
