Not sure who to contact. I did receive a delivery, but incorrect sizes for my model of robot vacuum. I scanned the QR code on my model vacuum and received incorrect sizes on filters and side. At this point, not giving any stars, but credit deserved where credit is owed. Delivery people deliverd the package.

Parts did not fit.

Ordered for a Black & Decker vacuum, but parts did not fit.

shipping was unreasonable but they have a captive audiance. parts worked fine
