Sound Quality and Battery Life are Incredible!

I've been using these for a few weeks now and I have to say, they're a step above my other headphones, and noticeably so! The bass comes through super well with the separate drivers, and general quality is crisp and clean. I was able to adjust the EQ settings to my liking and it looks like they stuck exactly where I put them. Some other headphone brands don't always update the EQ settings each time you connect to your phone, so it's nice to see these are working well. I had one minor complaint, which is specific to people who connect the headphones to two devices, like a laptop and phone, at the same time. I primarily use my phone to play music, and occasionally watch videos on the laptop. The complaint is that when Windows plays a notification tone (even if the volume is muted) on the laptop, it interrupts the music, plays the notification tone, and then a second later continues the music. I emailed the team and they responded very quickly that there's better ways to implement that. I haven't seen that update come through yet, but with how fast they responded, I hope they do add it! These would be god-tier if they fix the dual-audio-input issue I mentioned. It's not a big enough deal to reduce a star by any means, since that's just my specific use case, but I'm extremely happy with this purchase!

The earbuds are comfortable and work incredibly well. The audio quality is very nice, and the ease of access fresh from the box was much appreciated. Would highly recommend.
