I ordered a frame that shipped already assembled. It was joined better than one purchased recently at a local framing shop, and was packaged very neatly and securely. The wrong glass type was sent by mistake, but customer service replaced it with no problem. I think the turnaround time was a bit too long, but I am very satisfied with the product and will use Custom Frames again. The selection is extensive, the frames good quality, and the website is easy to use.
