Tea Garden Fountain (Copper on Ox Red) By Plantatorem

Do not recommend

We ordered a fountain which was delivered without the included pump. Three weeks later, no pump. A delivery service tried to deliver a second, larger fountain the next day. The shipment was rejected. The fountain description states it is handmade. Interestingly enough, it arrived in a box from China. Fountain is pretty but useless without a pump.

Beautiful product and the most excellent customer service i have ever dealt with! We ordered more pieces after this! Packaged well and arrived intact. Highly recommend this product!

3rd Fountain

I have ordered 3 fountains (Tea Garden) from Plantatorem in the past few months. I love all 3 of them, they’re beautiful and just what my garden needed! Hats off for the great customer service as well!
