Went for a whole calf and tried different cuts this time. I *love* the steak cuts over the roast cut option so far (personal preference). As always, high quality meat, and a pleasure interacting with Kameron and the butcher shop staff. Thank you all so much for supplying my family and others that we split with, amazing beef.
