Best service ever ! I needed my hat for a vaction and reached out to see if it would be here on time. Not only did resond right away, they guarantyed delivery the day before my trip. While reviewing my order, they determined that the chain that I selected wasn’t going to be in stock on time for the hat to be shipped for my trip. They sent me multiple other chains I could select from and even offered to throw in a fun pin for free. But wait it doesn’t stop there. I got my hat yesterday one day before leaving for my trip. In addition to it coming and being absolutely stunning, they threw in a second hat with a pin for free. Which is going to be a great birthday surprise for my sister on the trip. I have never had such a good customer service in my life. Quality of the product is amazing. Vaca pictures to come!
