Easy exchange with good customer service

I originally ordered in XL but it was too big. I emailed for return/exchange assistance and the response was timely and completely satisfactory. My new shirt in size Large is great! Like many tee shirts it is a bit long but I can deal with that or have hemmed if I desire.
