Very soothing
Second order of this. I really like the feel of the toner. It hydrates well, but I can't say it solves or helps with rosacea.

Matcha Love for this!!
Recently started using this product. It is light and not stingy! Very clean feeling and creating balance to my skin!!!! Worth the wait and the cost is nothing compared to what I have tried and wasted. I almost gave up on toners. This is game changer.
