I have sensitive skin and most liquid liners instantly mark up my eyes on first blink. More wipes and makeup remover. Despite using a primer and base. I’ve tossed every eyeliner I had and now only use this.

This eyeliner did not disappoint. As cat eyes have always been my thing, I have tried so many liners over the years. Some bleed, fade or flake and often they are just never black enough.
