Utah Worms is an honest and ethical family owned small company. The first shipment was lost by UPS, the Utah Worm company notified me and shipped my order again the day they found out about the lost box. They stayed in contact with me throughout this process. Very easy to communicate with. The worms arrived the next day, and we're very well packed. I ordered Canadian earthworms, they were very large and healthy - all were alive and moving. Great instructions on how to put them ppin the garden. I will use this family owned business again.
