Just received my worms this week. Great communication throughout the process. I was able to order exactly what I needed based off information on the website. Worms arrived when expected, in good condition and exactly as shown in their you tube video. I watched the unboxing video and followed the instructions upon worm arrival, later that evening I placed all my fat, happy, wiggly worms (along with the bedding) into my garden boxes. I appreciate the immediate and follow up texts I received throughout the process and the informational videos available. Would order from them again.
