Amazing customer service!!!

My packaged was supposedly delivered 3 days ago however I never received it! I reached out to them via email and heard back immediately! It was around 9 pm mind you. They asked me to check a few other places and ask some of my neighbors if they could have gotten it and I still had no luck, they offered me a full refund or a replacement package. I of course selected the replacements so my baby could still try them out and I can’t wait for him to try them. We haven’t gotten our replacements yet however I’d always repurchase these if he does like them just because of the wonderful customer experience. I can’t wait to get more for any future children

I don’t typically write reviews but..

My baby’s just over a month and I have tried every pacifier possible. The nipples were either too long, hard, or made him gag. My baby uses me to soothe and it had been exhausting. I never thought I would find relief until I got ninni. As soon as he got it he took to it immediately. It’s soft, stretchy, and with a smaller nipple he doesn't choke on it. This pacifier has already helped so much!

Once baby has teeth, these are dangerous

These pacifiers were great for our baby, but now that he has teeth, he can easily bite through them, so I’ve had to throw them all away within a week or two. My baby really loved these, and I can’t find another brand he’ll take, so I’m kind of stuck with no pacifiers now. I wish I chose a more durable pacifier from the beginning.
