Issue Remedy with Personal Touch

I ordered a tile set for my wife’s birthday. Due to an issue with UPS and the warehouse in Dallas, the order was delayed. Unsure whether the gift would reach me in time, Catherine (the owner) reached out, coordinated, and personally drove a new tile set over to Fort Worth to be handed off to me just ahead of my wife’s birthday. While the delay was frustrating, the remedy was beyond expectation. And more importantly, my wife loved the Texas-themed set.

The pink Texas set is beautifully made. The size and quality of the tiles is perfect. The images and big and bright and legible from across the table. Love this set.
