Everything! From the perfect retention to the conceal ability the sleek look even down to the washers

The holster work is solid, I would give it an eight out of ten. That's the best possible rating I can give a light bearing holster, as they're inherently problematic based on their retention points (around the light). JB Holstermods did the best job they could, and I'm happy with it. However, where this company really shines is their customer service. Upon initial delivery, I was having retention issues and was not happy with the MOLLE fixture I had selected. Bear in mind, this was my choice. I reached out to John about it, and not only did we have a very pleasant discussion about it, he also rushed me a Tek-Lok mounting system and every size retention washer and the requisite hardware imaginable. You genuinely can't buy that kind of customer service, and that ranks a full five stars, ten out of ten, will 100% be going through this company for all my future holsters. Cannot recommend highly enough!
