I received my order and was NOT pleased. I requested their risk free return policy and they informed me I would have to pay to return it to Australia to get a refund even though it shipped to me from a US address. Do not order unless you want to be stuck with it. I was really hoping this would help my dry eyes but it did not heat my eyes well enough. Hope you see this review before you order. I had viewed all the reviews and website and nothing says I would have to ship it to Australia to get my refund.

It seems to be helping my dry eye s and my vision. Thank You Eyemos.

I couldn’t believe it works but it does. I even find one treatment at the low heat setting even works for days of relief. I am not a fan of any vibrating device but use that setting in case it is an important component of the success. I might try without that to see if the heat does the trick by itself.
