Beminda Eye Hydration Complex

I had purchased the previous model and it broke. I contacted Beminda to see if there was something I could do to fix it and you guys sent me a brand new model. I wanted to wait after I had used it for a week or two to report in. I love it. The fit is AMAZING. So much better. I like the blue tooth capability, though I currently turn it off until I can link it to my phone. The only thing I still find confusing is the amount of liquid to use. You say to not overfill and use 5ml (which is half of the small bottle you included), but the 5 ml lasts for almost 5 days. It would be helpful if there was a "fill" line in the window. Other than that. The improvements are really really good. I love the smaller design and the single button. Everything about it is better.

Work as it should for about 6 weeks. Now, it no longer produces steam. I contacted customer support and cleaned the set as per their directions. However, it still does not produce hot steam. When it worked, it was very effective.

I cannot live without this! Before I started using Beminda, my eyes would feel grainy in the afternoon. But now, I do not have that feeling anymore since using the mask. I use the mask every morning and I am good for the day. Thank you so much for bringing this technology to the consumer.
