Orbit Elevated Shut-Off Coupling 28296

Engaged in a chat to file for warranty on a faulty unit. Chat rep was excellent. I received the replacement at n charge in a week or so. Thank you. This experience was far better than my previous one as the live rep via telephone had me jumping through hoops as though i was lying about the faulty leaking unit. This chat resolved the issue without complications and restored my confidence in your company.

Great product so far. Appears to be well made. Easy to operate and exultant throttling.

Verywell made and does not reduce the water flow. Perfect.
