Primo Hand Burnished Leather Sneakers

A beautiful pair of sneakers

I'm a new customer. I fell in love when I saw them online so I contacted the company because I didn't know how they size. (I normally wear 11.5 and typically size 1/2 size up for sneakers and athletic shoes.) I received two answers; one that kindly suggested I order a 12 and one informing me I may have to order a size 13. (Thankfully, I didn't take that reply seriously.) I ordered a size 12 and they're too big. Width is good (not too wide) but length, very long and the cut below the ankles is a little too low for me. Sadly, they are being returned.
