Cream of Chicken Soup Mix

Happy Missionary!

My daughter (has celiac disease) first tried the powder cream of chicken soup mix during her first semester of BYU Idaho. Fast forward to her birthday last fall-now serving a mission in Washington DC and my sister sent her a container for her birthday. I was on the phone with her one p-day when she showed me to empty container and told me how sad she was that it was gone. "She said this stuff saved me!" I recently sent her a new one but opted for the giant bottle. Today she sent me this picture and told me that she was overjoyed to see the giant bottle of cream chicken soup mix! It's tricky for her to find all of her favorite gluten-free products because it takes so much time and p-days are very short. She does a lot of her own cooking and brings food with her when they're out and about so she doesn't get sick. She has learned to live without a lot of her favorite things but this is a staple. Just wanted to let you know how happy It made her when it showed up in the mission office.

Too much coconut flavor

I was very excited for this product. What I DO love is how well and quick it thickens up. The taste and smell of coconut is too strong. Cream of chicken is intended for savory meals and coconut is not a savory flavor. Needs more emphasis on chicken. Made my chicken pot pie dinner a flop. Please ditch the coconut. Will not cook with it again with this current ingredients list.
