Insightful and helpful.

As always, I thoroughly enjoyed listening to Steven speak. He has a down to earth, friendly and warm way about him and how he approaches the client. His insights on how to clients, for instance when you first meet them, based on their ascendant is great. He has many more wonderful thoughts on this lecture and I would recommend it.
