Game Sausage - Alligator

My wife and I live in Florida. My daughter lives and got married in France recently. For the aperitif the night before we wanted to highlight some Florida foods. Your alligator sausage was one of those foods. Needless to say the sausage was very popular with Americans as well as our French family and friends! Thank you for a wonderful product.

Used it on my charcuterie board with cheeses, olives and special crackers. It was wonderful. Everybody loved it!

I’ve bought from this company a couple of times now and have yet to find anything that I don’t love. Highly recommend.
