Fairmont Luxury Feather & Down Pillow

The pillow I ordered was not what it was advertised as. The company agreed to adjust the pillow stuffing, but I had already paid $135 and they wanted me to pay another $30 to ship the faulty pillow back to them for adjustment and then charge me another $30 to ship the pillow back to me! The pillow was supposed to have been the same pillow that I used at The Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston, but it was NOTHING like that pillow! So, Im out $135 with a pillow that I can’t sleep on without it causing me pain! The Fairmont should reassess allowing this company to use their name and the pillow company used false advertising to coax me into buying the pillow! I doubt I will ever stay at a Fairmont again and I absolutely would NOT recommend buying from this compsny!

Pillows are fantastic. Would order again!

They feel hard. My husband and i both agee. We thought they would be softer considering they are down filled. I guess I will have to give them away!
