My first experience - so - so.

So far the unit works as advertised. Out of the box however, it was not able to be plugged into a power outlet as the plug was a NEMA 10-50P and the adapter supplied required a NEMA 6-50. I called the support line which was very quick to answer and offer a solution. They requested I text my address and it sounded as if they were going to send an adapter or plug. Haven’t seen that yet. Found my own plug and installed it and with a good test drive the unit worked well. Figured out the Aire pressure settings and the unit worked well. Documentation could use a significant enhancement but I was able to get it functioning well. I test drove the unit on 110 and 220V. My first experience with a Plasma unit and it did what I needed. Works Great

I had a red one for several years. In storage for a year and would not arc. Contacted Support with my issue, not really expecting too much help on a 6-7 year old machine. They promptly responded. We tried about a week to remedy the problem. They were even going to send me a free air solenoid but we found other issues. Determined it must be a circuit board, which is no longer available. They made it easy for me to order another one (Brown). It arrived promptly. Hooked it up and it works perfectly. I am a hobbyist and it suits my needs, 3/8" and smaller although I did cut some 1/2" to see and it worked, just not as smooth. I was very impressed with the customer service and would deal with them again.
