Southern Chili Crisp: Ramp + Serrano

Absolutely addicting

We tried a jar of this last and I was so bummed when we finished it and couldn't get more. So this year I ordered three jars! We went through the first jar in less than two weeks so I just ordered two more. We love the OG chili crisp but this one is really something special. YUM.

This stuff is a keeper!

This is delicious on its own, but I have cooked with it numerous times — pasta, spooned on top of potato soup, mixed into rice, and even with a charcuterie tray. Please do not discontinue it!

Obsessed

We ordered a jar of this last year and loved it, but it was already gone when we went to order more, since it's so seasonal. This year, we were prepared and immediately ordered three jars! I said to my husband last night that I think I need to order more? Seriously, absolutely MAGIC. Best flavor, texture is amazing, perfect amount of heat. We love the Red Clay OG and always have Chinese chili crisp in our fridge as well but this stuff is SPECIAL.
