Slow Service

I ordered an open box cover. Wanted new but it wasn't available. Case arrived but no attachment included. When service responded it was to say "that's the situation with open box, but as a good will gesture will send you the adapter. It's nice that they are sending this, but maybe making it clear it wasn't going to be included a better idea. But what sucks is that 3 weeks since this began, I still have no adapter & head to Africa tomorrow, so I will not be able to use the lenses. I'm pretty upset about this and of curse their service is such there is no one you can call. It's all very well being trendy but offering old fashioned good customer service is better.

Buy new

Bought the opened box thinking I'd save a few dollars and have a blemished non original packaging but got a basically new case that didn't come with the originally included items. Meaning had to spend more to get them. Could have bought new and saved $. Also the magsafe magnets are weak. . . otherwise case looks nice and the felt inside is a nice touch you don't see anymore.
