Wrong size was sent. She then gave me an invalid address to return it to and the post office refused to ship to that address. After multiple attempts of reaching her and attempting to follow her policies and confirm a valid return address, she stopped responding to emails. I emailed her a total of 5 times in the span of a month (we had a family vacation and was very looking forward to having matching sets) and she never responded. I also contacted her via IG and received no answer even though she was reposting tags all time. I have been a long time customer via local businesses and sad to say i will never be purchasing her items again. This is just bad business and horrendous customer service.
