I am very disappointed with this purchase. The issue is not only the item itself, but the entire buying experience. After ordering, I ended up in a situation where Canada Post effectively held the package hostage by demanding an extra CA$33 or forcing the item back. That kind of surprise cost and shipping experience is unacceptable. A customer should know clearly, before purchase, what extra charges may arise and what happens with returns. This order became frustrating, stressful, and far more expensive than expected. I cannot recommend this experience.
