I love these books! This episode was a wonderfully written adventure. The idea that the dead can return to find answers by touching a spite spectral or hid to notify the living that they are restless is a brilliant concept. Adding the time limit before another person dies sets up a race to the finish line. I'm enjoying Fern's developing romance with Lord Drakeman and I adore Riddy and Squib. I can't wait for the next installment!
