X-3 Series Flat Foot Power Rack

It works fine. My issue is that it arrived damaged in multiple places with fairly large holes in the box. There are several decent sized scuffs but one in particular is large and deep and is starting to rust despite being inside in a dry environment. It looks really bad and honestly might impact the rack structurally. At first customer service tried to dismiss it and refused a refund. Then they offered 10% off the single upright which was under $10. I had to really fight to finally get 10% off the rack. I still dont think its fair and I’m quite unhappy with my experience. Definitely would not recommend purchasing from Titan and I will avoid whenever possible.
