Great Experience Overall

I ordered one Bexley locker, and one Oxford. The lockers were delivered quickly so I was very happy about that, and the colours were lovely. However there was some paint damage to an outer facing area on one panel that I was not happy about - I contacted customer service and ‘Tiegan’ took care of the problem straight away, offering a partial refund or a new panel. I opted for the new panel and it was delivered a few days later with tracking. I couldn’t ask for more, and because they resolved my issue so well I will gladly remain a customer of Urban!

Second one of these I've bought. They look gorgeous and can fit so much inside. This is a bit more pink than it seems on the picture, but it's still a lovely pastel shade. Just planning which colour to get next
