There's nothing desperately special here. I needed another shelf, I ordered another shelf, another shelf arrived! Perfect.

Damaged during transit

Would have been 5 stars - We bought the mustard Fulham unit with an extra shelf and a set of storage baskets. The extra shelf was damaged and needed to be replaced. I contacted Customer Service and supplied a photo and a replacement was sent out immediately - however the replacement was the incorrect product which was disappointing. I contacted Customer services again and a replacement was sent out without delay. Apart from this issue everything was perfect quality and would definitely order again.
