I really like the Tenvic knee supports themselves. They give my knees good support, especially when I am playing pickleball. Unfortunately, the Velcro on the straps keeps coming off, which makes the supports difficult to use. The most frustrating part is that Tenvic does not sell replacement straps separately. I emailed them and told them this and they only apologized for not having a Velcro strap they could send me. The knee support is still perfectly good, so I hate having to replace the entire support just because the Velcro strap has worn out or come apart. I would definitely recommend that Tenvic improve how the Velcro is attached and offer replacement straps for purchase. I would gladly buy replacement straps instead of having to buy a whole new knee support.

One strap velcro came off

How well it felt while in use.
