Ultimate Bundle - Choose Your Resistance

Love it! I’ve only been using these for a couple weeks and both feel and look better! I was skeptical, but the quality and functions of these are impressive. Made in America too!!!

Very well made, excellent work out. ! Would have liked some sort of waterproof carry bag for the bundle, maybe one that hung on the barbell to hold the dumbells and ankle bands. other than that tens across the board.

The upper body bells give my core the best workout. The barbell strength exercises are good but the agility are not strenuous. The fins are the least effective of the package except for the high kicks. The barbell video is okay. It is not clear at what depth water you should be in. It would be nice if there was a printable list of the agility exercises. No way am I can remember the exercises. Overall I am happy with this purchase.
