Wow I am so impressed with how fast my nails and hair are growing. My skin looks healthier and has some plumping of fine lines. I honestly had no idea collagen worked for hair and nails, but sure enough the results have me flabbergasted gasted. I was cleaning and bent my nail in half where it was breaking half way up my nail. Within a week I was able to trim it off and no issues with bleeding. Loving these results. The gummies are absolutely delicious too
