Mexico Women Power Zongolica

I like the juiciness of the coffee. I found that a 1:15 ratio with a 1:4 bloom and single pour worked the best for me. Two pours is still fine but I notice a little more bitterness, any more than that just doesn't work for me. Two blooms also somehow makes it straight up bitter so I wouldn't recommend doing two blooms for this coffee.

Interesting flavour profile, glad to try something different. Enjoyed it very much!
