Reel was delivered on a rush basis by a different carrier after waiting for item arrive for14 days. The customer service was very responsive to my emails after their initial use of the USPS for the original shipping effort which is a mistake. Thanks

Pretty good

Only cast in a couple dozen times to get the feel for it seems like a great addition to their baitcaster line. Nice and fast but not turbo speed . I do wish that all their new release models would come with a oil port for the gears though like some of the others

I really like this reel

I have purchased 6 kastking reals. 2 spinning and 4 baitcaster. No problems with any of them. Will continue to buy them. Keep an eye out for the sales
