It helps to keep me asleep longer. In the past, I’d waken to use the bathroom. When I returned to bed, I’d lay awake for at least another hour before being able to fall back to sleep. After using the sleep spray just prior to my initial bedtime, I know fall asleep quickly and awaken refreshed.

IT'S A GREAT PRODUCT

I have used Rejuva spray for a fair amount of time. I started by purchasing 1 and I liked the results. I then purchased a 6 pack. I am on my 3rd spray vial. There have been a few nights I haven't had the result of going to sleep easily but most nights I easily fall asleep. So far I haven't gotten more than 4 hours sleep. After not being able to return to sleep I will again spray the normal dose for me which is 6 sprays. I always make sure my mouth is rinsed after brushing my teeth however I don't know if that is required. I spray once and wait briefly and swallow and spray again. Typically when I don't get the best results, which isn't often, I am concerned about getting to sleep because of an early appointment. So it might be mind over matter. Also I am in high level chronic pain which affects my sleep. Or perhaps I had caffeine or chocolate too late in the day. I don't typically have a lot of caffeine. I still give this product a high review as it's helping me to sleep better than I was before. I'm 88 years old and don't get a healthy amount of exercise which I'm certain would help my sleep. I am open to suggestions to make my experience better. I emphasize that I am pleased with this product and plan to reorder.

It works!!

I come from a long line of insomniacs. We have tried every over the counter med twice. Nothing works. With Rejuvia I am asleep in half an hour. I still wake up at 3am and only occasionally I cant get back to sleep. I few more sprays of rejuvia and im out till 7am. I have given a spray to my mom and sister and am waiting for their results.
