Worst customer support. No correspondence through phone or email. Even the returned order was not received by anyone. The return label used was the one created by greenworks itself. You have to spend an eternity on the phone to get disconnected at the end, or the AI chatbot will suck the life out of you by being a pain in the butt. Will never order from these idiots again.
