Tactical Kwaiken

Definite upgrade; 2nd Emerson purchase

I had been eyeing the Kwaiken for a while but it was always sold out. Was strongly debating picking up the A-100 Flipper or this (previous Emerson was a CQC-7 Flipper - loved it). Glad I went with the Kwaiken - the blade is slightly longer and the edge is meaner. The Thunderstorm finish I think will be a great upgrade over the old black cerakote Emerson used (which I also love)… time will tell how it holds up to use. My CQC-7 took some real abuse over the years.

Awesome Kwaiken

This was my first Emerson purchase and I could not be happier. The Kwaiken is one of my favorite knife styles, and Emerson nailed it. The knife is extremely sharp and looks very durable. I don’t have any knives with scales like these. They are extremely grippy almost too much. It will wear down with use and be perfect I believe. Overall an awesome tactical blade. This is my first wave function knife truly a great design!
