Fantastic Fancy Farmer

The Fancy Farmer macadamia oil is great - so far have used it for stir fries, shallow frying and in a cake with excellent results. Comes in a neat slimline tin, and we splashed out on both the plastic squeeze bottle and the glass one. Both seem very good quality. We will be regular customers!

I really enjoy the lightness, fragrance, and above all, the flavour...I will replace olive oil in my pantry, with Fancy Farmer's macadamia oil. The stubby is really handy! Thanks so much...loved the packaging too!!

This oil works a treat

Here’s the result of my experiment - turns out macadamia oil is a little ripper both in salad dressings (mild taste) and in cooking (high smoke point). The Tin (light proof) I reckon is great for preserving the oil until I decant it for use into the drizzle bottle, it too is a good colour (brown) for preserving the oil. I think this is one of my best investments! BTW, the oil goes well in a spray bottle too, sometimes I need a drizzle, sometimes a spray. Job done.
