I called and spoke to a very nice lady about my missing subscription that I was supposed to have gotten in November and she promptly looked up the status and saw the notes about. She apologized for the missing months and said she mail out my subscription starting with January and credit my account for the missing issues so I would not lose out of issues for the entire year. I received my mag within 10 days and I back on track! Thank you so much!

I was very frustrated with the past month of poor communication ( couldn’t contact MC by Email or Phone to see what the problem was ) I didn’t know my subscription had ended as I usually receive a letter …one thing …I have been receiving the MC mag since it first started years back …but …the frustration plus’s the communication break down ….i was going to let my subscription laps ….MC was great about getting me the back issues i had missed along with bringing the more recent Novup to date issues to me which I’ve just received ...also …I’m paying a different of 2Nov5 to 40+% on the Canadian vs USA dollar…I’m also confused as to the cost…21 I was charged on my visa31..46 Nov76 and 63
