THE LUGGAGE IS OK. THE VELCRO STRAPS WORKED WELL AND THE EXTERIOR ZIPPERS WERE WELL MADE. THE ZIPPERS IN THE INTERIOR COMPARTMENT NEEDS TO BE BETTER QUALITY. THE LUGGAGE ALSO DOESN'T HAVE CORNER GUARD PROTECTION SO THE CORNERS MIGHT CRACK WHEN THROWN AROUND AT CHECK IN. OVERALL TACH LUGGAGE AS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE INTERIOR ZIPPER WAS DAMAGED AND THEY REACHED BACK TO ME QUICKLY AND SENT A REPLACEMENT.
