Terrible Return Procedure

Very difficult to even review the product because I’m willing to admit that itmight’ve been a good product and the issue might’ve been on my own door but the process of trying to get my credit back has been unbelievably frustrating I don’t normally leave bad reviews for shipping but this is just unacceptable the customer service, talking to bots getting no answers 12 days and I still haven’t got my credit. Ridiculous
